UbiPharm Gabon strengthens its proximity with pharmacists

From November 6 to 9, 2025, UbiPharm Gabon took a group of fifteen pharmacists to discover the south of the country for a new edition of Club Ubi, a unique initiative combining training, conviviality, and personal development.

For four days, participants explored the wonders of Gabon:

• the Blue Lake of Mouila, a peaceful haven for a lunch by the water,
• the Marble Valley of Tchibanga, spectacular for its natural landscapes,
• the Bat Cave, fascinating with its engraved walls,
• and the Mbissi Village, where comfort meets authenticity.

Beyond the scenery, the stay focused on an essential theme:
"The role of the pharmacist-leader in driving transformation and team cohesion to sustain daily performance."

The discussions highlighted the richness of shared experiences, the strength of teamwork, and the importance of a human-centered approach to performance.
