Appointment of Mrs. Cissé Aïssatou, spouse of Mr. KOFFI, as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Pharmafinance

She succeeds Mrs. Justine Sonhon, whose two-year term has come to an end. The Group expresses its deep gratitude to Mrs. Sonhon for her rigorous leadership, inspiring vision, and unwavering commitment to the governance and sustainability of Pharmafinance’s cooperative model.
