New governance at UbiPharm Mayotte

UbiPharm Mayotte, a key player in pharmaceutical distribution, pharmaceutical depository services, and an expert in healthcare logistics and supply chain management in Mayotte, is pleased to announce a new stage in its governance.

Effective 5 October 2025:

Dr Moinahadidja MOUSSA ABBAS has been appointed Managing Director of UbiPharm Mayotte.

Mr Yacine KHORSI is stepping down from his role, after having significantly contributed to the development of the subsidiary over recent years.

A qualified pharmacist, holding degrees from Aix-Marseille II University and Paul Sabatier University (France), Dr MOUSSA ABBAS has been serving as Responsible Pharmacist within the subsidiary since 2024. She has an in-depth understanding of local pharmaceutical realities, reinforced by solid experience in both hospital and community pharmacy settings.

Her appointment is in line with UbiPharm’s ongoing mission: to strengthen healthcare delivery in Mayotte and to reinforce close ties with pharmacists, institutions, and healthcare partners.

Mr Illiace SERALY, Chairman of the Board of Directors of UbiPharm Mayotte, stated:
