APPOINTMENT – New governance at UbiPharm Mayotte:

Mrs Moinahadidja ABBAS MOUSSA appointed Managing Director

Effective 6 October 2025:

Mrs Moinahadidja ABBAS MOUSSA is appointed Managing Director of UbiPharm Mayotte.

Mr Yacine KHORSI is stepping down from his role, after having supported the subsidiary’s development since August 2023.

A qualified pharmacist, graduate of Aix-Marseille II University and holder of a postgraduate diploma in therapeutic education from Paul Sabatier University (France), Mrs ABBAS MOUSSA has been serving since 2024 as Interim Responsible Pharmacist and Exploitation Manager within the subsidiary. She has an in-depth knowledge of local pharmaceutical realities, reinforced by solid experience both in hospitals and community pharmacies.

Her appointment is part of UbiPharm’s ongoing commitment to promoting healthcare in Mayotte and strengthening close ties with pharmacists, institutions, and partners.

Mr Iliace SERALY, Chairman of the Board of Directors of UbiPharm Mayotte, stated:
