UbiPharm welcomes the triple distinction awarded to its subsidiary UbiPharm Côte d’Ivoire
at the Pan-African ICS Special Awards 2025 - 2026

UbiPharm Group, an expert in pharmaceutical supply chain and logistics across Africa and the overseas territories (DROM), announces that its subsidiary UbiPharm Côte d’Ivoire has been distinguished at the Pan-African ICS Special Awards 2025–2026 ceremony, held on Friday, March 27, 2026, at Ivotel Plateau in Abidjan. This recognition highlights both the track record of a historic Group subsidiary, the commitment of its leadership, and the strength of a collective model dedicated to improving access to healthcare.

Three major awards were presented on this occasion :

  • Best Company specialized in the distribution of pharmaceutical products and generic medicines, awarded to UbiPharm Côte d’Ivoire, recognizing the performance of its organization, the efficiency of its logistics, and the reliability of its solutions.
  • Best Executive in companies specialized in the distribution of pharmaceutical products and generic medicines, awarded to Dr Gérard Mangoua, for his leadership and his role in the development of the sector.

Best Executive in Côte d’Ivoire, awarded to Dr Pétanguy Isaack Coulibaly, in recognition of the quality of his management, his rigor, and the results achieved.

This triple distinction highlights UbiPharm Côte d’Ivoire’s ability to deploy a rigorous organization, reliable logistics, and high-quality standards, while underscoring the relevance of the UbiPharm model, built on customer satisfaction, partnership, and operational excellence.

This recognition is all the more significant as it is based on an independent market evaluation. “This triple distinction recognizes the strength of a model built over time. It reflects the Group’s ongoing commitment, for over 35 years, to supporting pharmacists and improving access to medicines,” said Dr Gérard Mangoua, Chief Executive Officer of UbiPharm Group.

“This award is particularly meaningful to us, as we did not apply. We were approached, assessed, and selected among the best,” added Dr Pétanguy Isaack Coulibaly, Managing Director of UbiPharm Côte d’Ivoire.

Beyond the recognition of the subsidiary and its leadership, this distinction reinforces UbiPharm Group’s position as a leading player in pharmaceutical supply chain across Africa and the overseas territories. It reflects the strength of a collective project driven by committed teams, trusted partners, and engaged shareholder pharmacists, united around a shared ambition: ensuring reliable access to quality healthcare products.

The Pan-African Special Awards by the Inter-African Communication and Survey Institute (ICS) recognize organizations and leaders for their contribution to economic and sectoral development across Africa. In the pharmaceutical field, they highlight excellence in the management of procurement and distribution centers and emphasize the critical role of the pharmaceutical sector in advancing public health across the continent.
