On March 14 and 15, 2026, UbiPharm Group, a leader in pharmaceutical logistics and supply chain, brought together its entire ecosystem in Paris for In Good Hands by UbiPharm 2026, an exceptional edition held under the theme “Better Together - united for for access to healthcare.” Organised as part of the Group’s 35th anniversary, the event highlighted the uniqueness of the UbiPharm model: a strong, collective and committed organization dedicated to improving access to healthcare.
Over the course of two days, pharmacists, shareholders, executives, partners, employees and guests gathered around a shared conviction: in a rapidly evolving sector, the future of healthcare is built together. This 2026 edition showcased the Group’s ability to bring together expertise, connect territories and drive a shared ambition toward a more accessible and efficient healthcare supply chain. It also highlighted, through multiplex broadcasting, the presence of employees across the 15 African countries and 4 overseas territories (DROM) where the Group operates, giving visibility to those who ensure the continuity of the supply chain on a daily basis. Teams representing the UbiGen and Labell product ranges were also present to engage with participants and showcase new products.
On Saturday, March 14, the conference held at the Maison de la Mutualité in Paris set the tone for this anniversary edition. Opened by Ms. Émilie DOVI-AKUE, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of UbiPharm Group, and Mr. Gérard MANGOUA, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, the morning conveyed a clear vision: that of a collective in motion, capable of combining growth, knowledge transfer, innovation and the advancement of healthcare.
The conference highlighted several key challenges for the future of the Group:
• the role of PlanetPharma in the supply chain,
• territorial expansion and operational innovation,
• the development of the digital parapharmacy catalog,
• the resilience of the pharmaceutical supply chain in complex environments,
• as well as issues related to quality of work life and social responsibility, notably through the Foundation.
Another key moment was the presentation of HEC certifications to several Group executives, marking the completion of a strategic management and innovative leadership training program. This sequence illustrated UbiPharm’s ambition in terms of training, skills development and future readiness. The keynote speech by Ms. Laura FLESSEL, Olympic champion and former Minister of Sports, further reinforced this dynamic around leadership and the strength of the collective.
“Over the past 35 years, our success has been built on a simple conviction: we go further when we move forward together,” said Ms. Émilie DOVI-AKUE, Chairwoman of the Board. “It is this collective strength that enables us to build a solid model, develop our talents and prepare the future in service of healthcare,” added Mr. Gérard MANGOUA, CEO of the Group.
On Sunday, March 15, celebrations continued at Salle Wagram in Paris with a closing evening under the theme of royalty. The prestigious setting provided an opportunity to reflect on the journey accomplished, honor the Group’s legacy and reaffirm its ambitions for the years ahead.
In Good Hands by UbiPharm 2026 was more than an anniversary. The event reaffirmed the vision of a Group rooted in Africa and the overseas territories, focused on the future, and convinced that the future of healthcare is built together with every stakeholder in the value chain.
