the certification of 18 executives
UbiPharm Group and HEC Paris celebrated, on Saturday, March 14, 2026 in Paris, the success of 18 executives who successfully completed the Executive Certificate in Strategic Management and Innovative Leadership, delivered by HEC Paris.
Cette remise de certificat s’est tenue dans le cadre de In Good Hands by UbiPharm 2026, événement marquant le 35e anniversaire du Groupe, organisé à la Maison de la Mutualité, à Paris, en présence des instances de gouvernance, des dirigeants, des clients, des partenaires, et des collaborateurs du Groupe. La cérémonie a également été honorée par la présence de M. AKA Aouélé Eugène, Président du Conseil économique, social, environnemental et culturel de Côte d’Ivoire.
Déployé sur plusieurs années, ce parcours exécutif sur mesure, dirigé par Bertrand Quélin, professeur permanent à HEC Paris, a permis aux participants d’approfondir des thématiques majeures pour l’avenir du Groupe.
Le programme s’est conclu, le 11 mars 2026 à Rouen, par une soutenance. Cette étape marque l’aboutissement d’un parcours conçu pour renforcer les capacités de leadership et de transformation des dirigeants. D’autres cadres du Groupe poursuivent actuellement ce cycle de formation.
During the ceremony, Mr. Gérard Mangoua, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of UbiPharm Group, received from Armelle Dufour, Director of International Strategic Partnerships at HEC Paris Executive Education, a certificate of excellence, in recognition of his career and the vision he has embodied since the Group’s creation.
In the both solemn and convivial atmosphere of the Maison de la Mutualité, this certificate ceremony was a key moment of emotion, pride, and recognition for the recipients and for the Group as a whole.
