APOINTMENT
New leadership at UbiPharm Rwanda
Dr Joseph ADIKO
UbiPharm Rwanda, a leading pharmaceutical wholesaler and an expert in healthcare logistics and supply chain management in Rwanda, announces a change in its governance, building on the work carried out under the leadership of Dr Andy RAMANISA.
Effective 1 July 2026, Dr Joseph ADIKO has been appointed Managing Director of UbiPharm Rwanda. A pharmacist by training, Dr Joseph ADIKO has more than ten years’ experience in the pharmaceutical sector. His career includes pharmaceutical distribution, strategy, business development and regulatory affairs. Dr ADIKO is already familiar with the UbiPharm Group, where he served as Operations Manager for various entities in Côte d’Ivoire, the Republic of the Congo and Gabon from 2014 to 2018.

Dr ADIKO holds a degree in Pharmacy from Félix Houphouët-Boigny University in Abidjan and a Master’s degree in Operational Marketing. His broad experience will support the continued development of UbiPharm Rwanda and strengthen the services provided to pharmacists and healthcare stakeholders across the country.
Dr Andy RAMANISA, who has served as Managing Director of UbiPharm Rwanda until now, will take on new responsibilities within the UbiPharm Group.
