UbiPharm Group Announces

the Renewal of Its Governance

Mr. Ismahinl ONIFADE succeeds Ms. Émilie DOVI-AKUE as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of UbiPharm Group.

This change is part of the Group's rotating chairmanship system. Under this governance model, representatives from the Group's various subsidiaries successively serve as Chairperson of the Board of Directors for a two-year term. This approach promotes fresh perspectives while ensuring that the specific realities of each local market are taken into account.

As part of this governance renewal, new Chairpersons of the Board of Directors have also been appointed within several Group subsidiaries:

• UbiPharm Madagascar: Mr. Tantely RAKOTOMALA succeeds Ms. Vololona RABETSAROANA
• UbiPharm Mali: Mr. Lassana TRAORE succeeds Ms. Djita CISSE DEM
• UbiPharm Senegal: Mr. Fallou MBENGUE succeeds Ms. Maïmouna DIOP DIAKITE
• UbiPharm Togo: Ms. Gomayéna SOUSSOU succeeds Ms. Émilie DOVI-AKUE
