Introduction to the

UbiPharm organisation

We would like to introduce you to the UbiPharm Executive Management Committee. As experts in their respective fields, the members of our Board of Directors define the Group’s strategy, and all share the same goal: to innovate in order to transform the distribution and dispensing models for healthcare solutions in Africa and France’s overseas departments and territories. By always remaining one step ahead, we can ensure access to healthcare solutions, no matter what happens.

The Board of Directors operates in such a way to ensure that everyone, no matter their role, can express themselves freely and put forward their ideas to improve the functioning of the Group, thus reinforcing our SPICE values.

The Board of Directors of UbiPharm S.A. is mainly composed of the Chairpersons of the Board of Directors (PCA) for wholesale companies in Africa and Overseas France. Each of these companies is represented on the Group’s Board of Directors by its PCA, thus ensuring that local voices are heard and have their say in all our decisions.

So that each country can take turns leading the Group, we have established a rotating Chairpersonship system. Therefore, every two years, a PCA from one of the wholesale companies is elected to Chair the UbiPharm Group Board of Directors.
