UbiPharm Côte d'Ivoire launches UbiParaschool, a training program in parapharmacy designed to strengthen pharmacy staff skills and support the growth of pharmacies.

To strengthen pharmacy teams’ skills and support the growth of the parapharmaceutical segment, UbiPharm Côte d’Ivoire launched the UbiParaschool program. This innovative training initiative aims to enhance technical knowledge, develop commercial capabilities, and reinforce the partnership between UbiPharm and pharmacies across the territory.

The UbiParaschool 2025 program runs over four months, from July to October, and includes:

• 16 educational modules dedicated to parapharmacy
• 2 in-person sessions per month
• Participation from around twenty pharmacy professionals
• Online sessions for pharmacies located in remote regions, improving accessibility to the program

This hybrid format makes it possible to reach a wide audience while ensuring consistent pedagogical quality.

The program has two main objectives:

• Develop parapharmacy skills within pharmacy teams
• Support the growth of pharmacy revenue in this strategic segment

Through this initiative, UbiPharm strengthens its position as a key partner for pharmacies and contributes to the increased distribution of parapharmaceutical products on the Ivorian market.

By launching UbiParaschool, UbiPharm Côte d’Ivoire reaffirms its commitment to supporting healthcare professionals through tailored, accessible, and field-oriented training. This program directly enhances the quality of pharmacy counselling and supports the sustainable development of parapharmaceutical activities.
