Publication of the 2025 Gender Equality Index of the PlanetPharma Economic and Social Unit (UES)

In accordance with French legislation, the Economic and Social Unit (UES), comprising the four specialized subsidiaries PlanetPharma, Gesca, DII and D.T. Pharma, publishes its Gender Equality Index.

For the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, the companies within the UES achieved a score of 94 out of 100, reflecting the Group’s commitment to professional gender equality.

For reference, the Gender Equality Index is an overall score calculated based on four or five indicators (depending on the size of the company):

• the average pay gap between women and men;
• the gap in individual pay increases;
• the percentage of female employees receiving a salary increase after maternity leave;
• the number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the ten highest earners.
