On February 13, 2026, UbiPharm Congo organized an afterwork event at the Midotel restaurant hall in Pointe-Noire, bringing together assistant pharmacists from across the city.

This meeting, initiated by the UbiPharm Congo commercial team, is part of an approach aimed at strengthening proximity with healthcare professionals and building long-term relationships with future partners.

Led by the Commercial Director, this meeting highlighted the Group’s SPICE values, which form the foundation of its commitment to partner pharmacies.

On February 10, 2026, UbiPharm Guinea organized a training session dedicated to the administrative and financial management of pharmacies at the Palm Camayenne Hotel in Conakry.

Bringing together around one hundred pharmacists, this initiative is part of a broader effort to support healthcare professionals in the development and sustainability of their activities.

Bringing together around fifty participants, including employees and partner service providers, this day provided an opportunity to unite teams in a friendly setting, conducive to exchange and sharing. Through collective activities, participants were able to strengthen team spirit, encourage communication, and enjoy meaningful moments outside the usual professional environment.

Organized with the support of Chrisny Event, this initiative aimed to strengthen staff cohesion and reinforce bonds between teams.

This type of initiative helps foster a sense of belonging and highlights the daily commitment of teams. UbiPharm Madagascar reaffirms the importance of teamwork in the success of its missions.

The agenda included:

• First-quarter performance review
• Experience sharing with Tripharmax
• Strengthening relationships between pharmacists and laboratories

This meeting, led by Dr. Louise Behle, was held in the presence of Dr. Nana Franck Dange, Dr. Fonderson George Ndi, and under the coordination of Mr. Emmanuel Ngombi, Commercial Director of UbiPharm Cameroon.

The discussions helped strengthen relationships between stakeholders and reaffirm a shared ambition: supporting healthcare professionals.

Publication of the 2025 Gender Equality Index of the PlanetPharma Economic and Social Unit (UES)

In accordance with French legislation, the Economic and Social Unit (UES), comprising the four specialized subsidiaries PlanetPharma, Gesca, DII and D.T. Pharma, publishes its Gender Equality Index.

For the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, the companies within the UES achieved a score of 94 out of 100, reflecting the Group’s commitment to professional gender equality.

For reference, the Gender Equality Index is an overall score calculated based on four or five indicators (depending on the size of the company):

• the average pay gap between women and men;
• the gap in individual pay increases;
• the percentage of female employees receiving a salary increase after maternity leave;
• the number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the ten highest earners.

On January 20, 2026, UbiPharm Madagascar and AFG Bank Madagascar signed a partnership agreement at the Novotel Alarobia Hotel to launch PACK TONGASOA, a program designed to support young pharmacists in setting up their own pharmacies.

The Gesca and AuditPharma subsidiaries organized their annual seminar in Rouen, bringing together UbiPharm Group’s accounting and finance managers, as well as its auditors. It was a week dedicated to training, sharing best practices, and strengthening synergies between teams.

UbiPharm Côte d'Ivoire launches UbiParaschool, a training program in parapharmacy designed to strengthen pharmacy staff skills and support the growth of pharmacies.

On November 7, 2025, UbiPharm Congo organized a training session in Brazzaville for pharmacists, in partnership with the UPSA laboratory.

This meeting is part of ongoing initiatives aimed at strengthening training and maintaining close ties with healthcare professionals.

Bringing together 42 participants, the event gathered several members of the management team and the Board of Directors.

From November 6 to 9, 2025, UbiPharm Gabon took a group of fifteen pharmacists to discover the south of the country for a new edition of Club Ubi, a unique initiative combining training, conviviality, and personal development.

DII, the IT subsidiary of the UbiPharm Group, took part in Café Coaching 2025 at the University of Rouen to meet and support the talents of tomorrow.

Training, connecting, and valuing pharmacists across the region — that is the goal of Club Ubi, an initiative launched by UbiPharm Gabon in 2022, now preparing for its 4th edition, to be held from November 6 to 9, 2025, in the southern part of the country.

Born from a spirit of inclusion, Club Ubi was created to give pharmacists located far from Libreville the opportunity to actively participate in UbiPharm’s professional training sessions and exchanges. This traveling concept reflects the Group’s commitment to strengthening local proximity, fostering collaboration, and ensuring fair access to knowledge.

Over the years, Club Ubi has grown into a true community network of pharmacists, united by the desire to progress together. Each edition combines training, sharing of best practices, and friendly moments, helping to strengthen the bond of trust between UbiPharm and its pharmacist partners.

True to the Group’s spirit, Club Ubi blends knowledge and experience, incorporating a touristic and cultural dimension that highlights the local richness of Gabon — an original way to reinforce professional ties in an atmosphere of openness and exchange.

From November 3 to 9, 2025, UbiPharm is taking part in the World Medicines Safety Week, also known as #MedSafetyWeek, organized by health authorities around the world.
This international campaign aims to raise awareness among healthcare professionals and the general public about the safe and responsible use of medicines, as well as the importance of reporting adverse effects.

As part of Pink October, UbiPharm Guinea organized two days of activities focused on prevention and awareness around women’s cancers.

On Sunday, October 5, several employees of PlanetPharma, the French subsidiary of the UbiPharm Group, took part in the La Reinette race in Belbeuf, a sporting and solidarity event organized as part of Pink October, the month dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer screening.

From September 23 to 28, 2025, in Bamako, UbiPharm Mali had the honor of participating as the official partner of the 20th edition of FESPAO (Federation of Pharmacy Students of West Africa). The event was held at the Bamako International Conference Center (CICB) and brought together nearly 400 pharmacy students from eight West African countries.

The event was held in the prestigious setting of the esplanade of the SAWA Hotel gardens in Douala and brought together more than 2,000 participants from across Africa and beyond.

The story began in 2009, driven by an ambitious vision: to bring to Benin a responsible pharmaceutical distribution model rooted in the collective good. On 1 April 2014, UbiPharm Benin was granted its operating licence, marking the start of its first deliveries just a few months later. A symbolic date for a journey that was anything but accidental.
